Do the devices work without internet access?

Yes. Native Push devices use direct internet connectivity for sub-second event delivery. For air-gapped or LAN-only deployments, Protocol Engine Lite runs locally on Windows or Linux and translates legacy protocols into the same standardised JSON the Gateway API consumes.

What is the warranty and support model?
